This morning after we walked our son to school, hubby and I did our morning routine which is walk in the park and around the big pond for our daily exercise. On our way, a friend of ours who doesn't want to walk when the weather is cold joined us. The thing that I don't understand about her is that, she lived in Canada for years and still has not gotten used to the cold weather there. And when I go to her house, her AC is not on and I am sweating like crazy! Why? The funny thing is that, they wear something light because they themselves are sweating profusely. Oh well, I guess there are some people who live a little weird, lol. Anyway, I agree when someone said that the safe fat burner is walking or exercising. I bet you guys would also agree on me. Losing those unwanted fats is easier when done with diet and coupled with exercise.
